The highly acclaimed National WWII Museum, located in New Orleans, tells the story of the American experience in the war that changed the world—why it was fought, how it was won, and what it means today. As the 80th anniversary of the attack on Pearl Harbor approaches, Senior Curator and Restoration Manager Tom Czekanski presents an overview of the museum’s permanent exhibits. He also looks at the museum’s newest special exhibit that examines the attack on
Pearl Harbor and how it continues to be remembered to this day. Presented in partnership with Glencoe, Highland Park and Vernon Area public libraries.
